Welcome to GameTap, a live pub games platform operated by Dreamworx Media. By creating an account or using GameTap, you agree to these Terms of Service.
GameTap provides a web-based platform that allows venues such as pubs, bars and restaurants to host live interactive games (including quiz and bingo) where patrons participate using their mobile phones.
New venues may receive a 7-day free trial to evaluate the platform. The trial provides access without requiring payment details. GameTap reserves the right to limit or withdraw free trials if abuse is detected.
GameTap operates on a monthly subscription. There are no fixed-term contracts and you may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Pricing may be displayed on the website and may change from time to time.
GameTap uses Yoco, a trusted South African payment provider, to process subscription payments securely. GameTap does not store, process, or have access to your banking or card details. Payment information is handled directly by Yoco using their security and compliance standards.
Because GameTap is a digital service with immediate access after payment, all subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes partial months or unused time remaining in a billing period.
We aim for high availability, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting infrastructure issues, or connectivity problems. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.
Users may not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or access the platform without authorization. Abuse may result in suspension or termination.
GameTap provides tools for hosting live games such as quiz and bingo. Questions, game prompts, and other content may sometimes include humour, general knowledge topics, or audience interaction.
While reasonable care is taken when preparing game content, GameTap cannot guarantee that all participants will find every question or prompt appropriate.
Venues hosting games are responsible for managing their events and audience interaction. GameTap and Dreamworx Media cannot be held responsible for reactions, interpretations, or disputes arising from game content presented during an event.
GameTap and Dreamworx Media are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or event interruptions arising from use of the platform.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
